MITRA SETIA KEMALINDO who is domiciled in Cikarang, West Java, with the trademark KEM GARD. Our KEM GARD metal door also obtains a certificate of fire resistance test results with test standards that are in accordance with SNI. PT MITRA SETIA KEMALINDO which was established in 1997 was originally established as a powder coating service provider to support the production of PT BINARUPA USAHATAMA. Over time PT MITRA SETIA KEMALINDO developed into sheet metal manufacturing with products such as electrical panels, hydrant boxes, cable tray and metal doors. Supported by CNC machines for sheet metal processing and experience in the field of powder coatings, we believe that we can provide products that are precise, durable and of high quality.

RAW MATERIAL
Our steel door fram and leaf configurations are made of carbon steel sheet steel and cold rolled rolls in accordance with SNI 07-3567-1995.

PROCESSING
Iron is formed by cutting and bending and assembled by welding. After welding continued with the sanding process

INSTALLATION
Installation can be done by welding the ankle on the door fram to the steel wall structure or it can be done by installing a dynabolt
